Koh Phetra Marine Park

Mu Koh Phetra Marine Park consists of about 30 islands including Trang Islands and Satun Islands located in the Andaman Mu Koh Phetra Marine Park was announced as National Marine Park in 1984. The whole marine park covers an area of 500 square km /195 square miles/.

If you choose Mu Ko Phetra Marine Park for any kind of tourism you can watch sea turtles coming to lay their eggs on the shore. Be careful, if you search for best underwater visibility try to avoid diving near Koh Lao Liang island and Koh Phetra island as the nearby rivers flow into the sea and the water is muddy. For the best diving conditions you can go to Koh Bulon island.
